TONE
Indian Chestnut is a relatively open-grained timber that polishes to a smooth finish. The hardness ensures that it can withstand the rigours of electric guitar playing whilst it has slightly more warmth to the tone than Ebony.
DESIGN
Tattoo Tones are based upon the Classic 351 shape. They are typically 2.5mm thick chamfering down to a playing tip at 0.7mm thick. They then have a Tattoo pattern etched with a laser on one side of the plectrum to give you a subtle grip feel.
